Hubbell Lighting’s Alliance Distributor Program historically lagged in sales the first quarter. To motivate their sales agents to place first quarter orders and throughout the year, Agency-Z proposed an incentive trip to Pinehurst. Accompanying announcements and materials supplied motivation and positive peer pressure to place ongoing orders.
