Distributor National Sales Meeting

Hubbell Lighting, Inc., a leading lighting manufacturer, wanted to revamp its distribution program to grow market share. Its contracted sales agents didn’t understand the complex Alliance Distribution Program. With a program re-launch scheduled at their national sales meeting, Hubbell Lighting needed a strategy and tactics to rejuvenate the program and revive morale. Our goal was to find a theme that could communicate the desire to have the external sales organization feel like part of the team and respect the role they have been given. Cosa Nostra. Our Thing. The recommendation drew the agents into Hubbell Lighting’s inner circle and communicated their pivotal position. 2008 Alliance sales showed the agents’ approval.
